Shipping: Orders are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer, anywhere in the Continental U.S. Most orders will be shipped UPS ground, and are processed within 2 to 5 business days from when the order is received. Items too large or too heavy for UPS will be shipped via truck freight. We will receive your tracking number from the manufacturer the day after your item(s) ship, which we will then forward to you via e-mail. Some items may be available for expedited shipping at an additional charge. Heavyweight Items: There may be additional costs for residential delivery or liftgate service for heavyweight items. Please call ahead for accurate shipping quote prior to purchase.

Order Processing: Orders will generally be processed the same business day as ordered, or the first business day after a weekend or holiday.If paying by personal or company check, your order will be processed five (5) business days after your check is received.

Transit Times: Upon shipment, estimated transit times are 1 to 5 business days depending on your location and the location of the manufacturer. We will notify you of any additional lead times in manufacturing, etc.

Return Policy: Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund of the purchase price less 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the item(s) are damaged, defective, or there was mistake on our part. We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear and with all of the original contents and packaging. Contents must include any parts and accessories, as well as the warranty card and manual. Packaging must include all inner and outer packaging, complete with the original bar-code affixed. We do not accept returns of partial boxes or individual components of a kit. Items not returned in the condition described herein will be subject to refusal of return.
